How to Register

You may register with us by completing a registration form.  You must live within the practice boundary.  You can return these in the post . 

You can email them to clinical.s71449@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk.  BUT please note the sending of unencrypted emails is unsafe and you do so at your own risk. 

Unencrypted emails are unsafe and they travel across the public internet.  As such, there is no guarantee the email will be delivered to/received by the practice.  Emails can be intercepted.  Emails cannot be secured by NHSLothian until it has been received.

Registration is with a practice and not with a specific GP.

If you move outwith our practice area, you should find a new doctor nearer to where you live as soon as possible.  Information is detailed below of how to register with another GP Practice.
